This blog is our way of letting you know about the delicious and free meals available in the Derry, New Hampshire area. We hope you will join us for an enjoyable meal in an inviting community setting.
This blog is posted by "Elijah's Table," a joint project of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration (1 Hood Road, Derry, NH) and Etz Hayim Synagogue (1-1/2 Hood Road, Derry, NH), both located on Hood Road in Derry, NH. Twice a month we provide free, family-friendly dinners, which are served in a relaxed atmosphere. There are other organizations in the Derry, New Hampshire area that also offer free and delicious meals to the public. Please see the calendar on the right-hand side of this blog for a list of upcoming meals. And don't forget the offerings of the Sonshine Soup Kitchen (described on the left-hand side of this blog) and The Derry Salvation Army!

Hot Apple Cider Rules
Here are the Hot Apple Cider Rules:
1. Come in from the cold;
2. Warm yourself with hot, spiced apple cider;
3. See your friends;
4. Have a great meal;
5. Enjoy delicious dessert.
6. Maybe win a prize.
We applied the Hot Apple Cider Rules to our dinner tonight. There was plenty of food, hot apple cider, fabulous pie, and a couple of prizes for the lucky raffle ticket holders. On top of it all, we had piano music; several students of one of our volunteers came to play for us! Please join us next time. Hot Apple Cider Rules may apply.
